Stationery & Wedding Feature | Alexia and Peter | Destination Wedding in Fiji

Earlier this year we had the privilege of designing invitations and wedding day stationery for Alexia and Peter, a couple from New Zealand. We are in absolute awe when looking at the photos and seeing how beautiful their special day came together in Fiji.

We created a couture design for their invites, which included a gold ornate perspex invitation, a textured additional card with gold foiled text and a custom monogram. The invite was placed inside a white textured envelope with a custom-made wax seal. The classic gold and white theme continued throughout their stationery designs in the four-page program fans, napkin bands, and on-the-day decor.

From the all-white floral arrangements and island garlands hanging from the ceilings to the casual reception dinner on the beach, this wedding feels like it hit the perfect combination between a destination and traditional style.

When clients phone or email wanting us to create their event stationery, they very seldom know the options available to them. Wedding & Stationery Feature | Nakedi & Matome

Today’s wedding and stationery feature shines warmly on Nakedi & Matome’s golden wedding day celebration. The December event was held at the beautiful Molenvliet Estate in Stellenbosch and the breathtaking photographs were taken by Vivid Blue Photography.

We had the pleasure of creating glamorous, ornate and gold inspired stationery for Nakedi & Matome’s exquisite affair. This stationery theme was carried right through to the couple’s wedding day, complementing the intricately planned decor and floral bouquets. The design of the stationery is understated and extremely classy; it included food cards, order of service fans, menu’s and gold perspex place names.

The invitation set we created was inspired by Nakedi & Matome’s ornate save the date and digital invitation. Shop the Nakedi & Matome inspired invitation and digital save the date here – The Midas Invitation and The Luxe Gold Save the Date.

The Midas invitation consists of a midi sized flat card digitally printed on one side with a gold damask design on luxury white paper with a gold shimmer. The set also includes a gold envelope and matching liner.

Wedding & Stationery Feature | Riëtte & Theuns

Today our wedding and stationery feature shines a light on the other-worldly copper affair that was Riëtte and Theuns’ wedding. This exquisite event was held at the fairytale-like Lanzerac Wine Estate in the heart of Stellenbosch. The couple’s summer celebration was photographed by the incredible Christine Meintjies and organised by the Aleit Group. Secret Diary had the pleasure of creating the couple’s stationery from start to finish which included their save the date, wedding invitation and reception stationery.

We are absolutely in love with the splashes of copper and touches of nature that pulled together the wedding day decor. It was complimented by the beautiful order of service booklet, as well as the wooden engraved menu clip boards and tags with guest names, designed and produced by the Secret Diary team. The main focus of today’s post and our favourite item has to be the copper foiled semi-transparent pocket sleeve which contains the program and lyrics for the church service of Riëtte and Theuns’ special day.

Today’s wedding and stationery spotlight shines brightly on Prashanti and Craig ‘s traditional indian affair. The incredible photographs featured here was taken by Riaan West and it will definitely be worth your while to go look at the rest of Prashanti and Craig’s wedding photography on his website. The colourful indian affair boasts the most exquisite floral details that are absolutely to die for. Prashanti and Craig got married in December 2015 at the Leipzig Country House & Winery in Worcester. Today we feature the bride’s floral inspired invitation which was created by the Secret Diary team. This couple was unique in the sense that the bride and groom each had their own set of invitations that was given to guests. The bride’s invitation consists of a single sided A5 card with rounded corners and a beautiful floral detail. It also includes an additional information card, a copper glitter band and envelope with floral liner.
